摘 要:研究了Cr/C对31%Cr高铬铸铁铸态组织、硬度、冲击韧性、耐磨性等性能的影响.结果表明:在本实验条件范围内,所制备的Cr31高铬铸铁均为过共晶组织和六角棒状的M7C3碳化物;随着Cr/C的增加,组织中的过共晶碳化物逐渐变得细小,而且分布更加弥散、均匀,在相同大小的视场内过共晶碳化物的相对数量减少,铸铁的过共晶度下降.随着Cr/C的增加,Cr31铸铁的硬度略有下降,而冲击韧性有明显的升高趋势.当外加载荷为70N时,Cr31铸铁的耐磨性随Cr/C的增加而下降.The effect of the Cr/C on the microstructure, hardness, impact toughness, wear resistance of high chromium cast iron containing 31% Cr were investigated. The results show that, under the experiment condition, the prepared Cr31 high chromium cast iron all have hypereutectic microstructure and hexangular rod -like M7 C3 carbides. As the Cr/C increases, the carbides became smaller gradually, and its distribution became dispersively and well - distributed, and its relative quantity decreased. This shows that as the Cr/C increases, the hypereutectic of the castings decreased too. As the Cr/C increases, the hardness and wear resistance have decreased, while the impact toughness of Cr31 cast iron has the obviously increasing trend. When applied stress was 70N, as the Cr/C increases, the wear resistance of Cr31 cast iron decreased.
