摘　　要：中国企业技术创新和经济增长面临的核心问题是通过增长方式的变化,实现经济有效增长能力的提高。在物质要素大量沉淀的今天,能推动企业技术创新并使经济持久增长的新动力已不仅仅是物质要素,甚至也不是巨额资金,而是促使物质资源优化激活的智力、人才及机制,即创新产学研一体化机制。The key to the Chinese enterprises＇ technology innovation and economic growth is the improvement of the ability for effective economic growth through the transformation of the growth modes. Though material factors play an import role today, the new motive force for the Chinese enterprises＇technological innovation and sustainable economic growth does not come only from material factors or huge amount of capital but from the intellect for optimizing the exploitation of material resources, the training of the talent and the related mechanism, that is, I ＆ R integration.
