摘 要:目的:探讨二维超声三切面法进行胎儿先天性心脏病筛查的临床意义.方法:采用二维超声心脏三切面法对2006/2008年的2609例孕妇进行胎儿心脏畸形筛查,心脏三切面包括:四腔心切面,左右室流出道切面及三血管切面.同时对胎儿进行超声心动图检查,并进行结果对比.结果:二维超声心脏三切面法在初步筛查中发现胎儿先心病43例,均得到产前及产后超声心动图证实或胎儿尸检证实.另发现误诊4例,漏诊6例.两种方法检查结果无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:使用二维超声三切面法能够发现大多数胎儿心脏畸形,可作为临床初步筛查胎儿先心病简单有效的方法.AIM: To investigate the clinical significance of three standard views of two-dimensional ultrasound in screening of fetal congenital heart diseases. METHODS: From 2006 to 2008, three standard views of two-dimensional ultrasound were performed to scan 2609 fetal hearts. Three standard views of heart included four-chamber view, right and left ventricular inflow tract view and three blood vessel view. The fetuses with cardiac malformations found by three standard views were scanned also by echocardio- graphy and the results were compared. RESULTS: Forty-three hearts with fetal congenital heart diseases were found by three standard views of two-dimensional ultrasound, which were confirmed by eehoeardiography in antepartum and postpartum or by fetal necroscopy. Four cases were misdiagnosed and six cases were missed diagnoses. There was no significant differenee between the two methods ( P 〉 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION: Three standard views of two-dimensional ultrasound ean screen out most of the fetal heart malformation, which is effective for the primary diagnosis of fetal congenital heart diseases.
