摘 要:对4块节能复合墙板进行了横向荷载作用下的试验研究,并对墙板破坏过程及模态、抗弯极限承载力、荷载-挠度曲线以及混凝土荷载-应变曲线等试验结果进行了系统分析,结果表明:墙板尺寸、配筋率、洞口尺寸均对墙板的抗弯刚度、极限承载力及破坏模态具有影响;配筋率与复合墙板的破坏形态密切相关,但对墙板开裂荷载基本没有影响;随着板的整体尺寸与洞口尺寸增加,复合墙板的开裂荷载和抗弯极限承载力均有所降低.所得结果可供钢结构住宅研究与设计人员参考.Four full-scale energy-saving composite sandwich wall panels under transverse load were studied experimentally. Experimental results, such as failure processes and modes, the ultimate load-bearing capacity, load-deflection curves and concrete load-strain curves of these sandwich panels were analyzed comparatively. Test results show that the failure modes, the flexural stiffness, the ultimate strength of the sandwich panels are affected by the size of the panel, the ration of steel bar and the size of hole. The failure processes and modes of the panels are closely related to the ration of steel bar. However, the ration of steel bar can not affect the crack load of the panels. With the increasing of the dimensions of panel and the size of the hole, the crack load and ultimate load-bearing capacity of sandwich panel decrease. These resuits are benefit to researchers and structural engineers of steel residential houses.
