摘  要:研究了用碱性氧化还原电位水(ARPW)拌和混凝土的抗压强度、孔结构和碳化性能.碱性氧化还原电位水由自制小型隔膜式电解槽组成的电解装置以电解方式获得.试验中采用的电解参数为电场强度320 V/m、流量80 mL/s.结果显示,碱性氧化还原电位水拌和混凝土早期强度提高了10%,28 d抗压强度提高了20%;总孔隙率下降20%,各龄期的孔级配改善;碳化性能改善较大,28 d快速碳化试验碳化深度下降16%.结果说明,碱性氧化还原电位水拌和混凝土有利于提高混凝土耐久性.This study investigates Compressive strength, pore structure and carbonation properties of concrete mixed with alkaline redox potential water(ARPW) were investigated. A miniature electrolyzer made up of diaphragm electrolytic cells was manufactured to produce ARPW. Electric field strength of 320 V/m and flow rate of 80 mL/s were used as electrolyzing coefficients. Results show that the compressive strength of concrete mixed with ARPW raised 10% at early age and 20% at the age of 28 d. General porosity decreased by 2094, grades at all ages and carbonation properties were improved significantly. Carbonation depth decreased by 16% in the 28 d fast carbonation test. All above show that mixing concrete with ARPW helps improving concrete durability.
