装备合同纠纷仲裁制度建设思考

摘　　要：尽快引入仲裁制度,可以公正确认军方和承制单位的权利和义务,顺利化解装备合同的分歧和争议,准确判定过错责任,有效保证装备合同的高效履行和合同目标的顺利实现。从现实出发,在认真分析装备合同仲裁制度建设现有条件的基础上,提出了建设装备合同仲裁制度的4点建议。Introducing the arbitration systerm as soon as possible, people could confirm fairly the equipment contractor＇s right and duty, melt smoothly the equipment contractor＇s difference and the dispute, determine the mistake responsibility accurately, and ensure efficient contract and the realization of the goal. From a practical point of view, the paper analyzes existing of the construction arbitration system of equipment contract, and puts forward four proposals of constructing the arbitrage system of equipment contract.
