摘 要:随着发达国家太空军事活动的日益增多和不断升级,防止与限制太空军事化有关的太空国际性法律法规应运而生。这些国际性法律法规,虽然对未来空间安全起着积极作用,但因其局限性、缺陷与漏洞,对不断加快的空间军事化进程约束力不强。综述了国际空间法规的现状,分析了国际空间法的正向效力;研究了国际空间法存在的问题,探讨了利用其问题与漏洞的反向谋划问题,给出了反向谋划的案例。With the progressively increasing and unceasing upgrade of developed country's space military actions, which have given birth to the space international laws of prevent and restrict the space militarization. These international laws and rules have active functions for the future space security. At the same time, it's helpless to cease the progress of space militariztion as it has localizations, limitations and leaks. The paper summarizes the actuality of international space laws and analyzes its positive functions. On the basis of analysis, it has researched the existent problems, and discussed the reverse design that based on its problems and leaks.
