摘 要:目的对吉林桦甸卫氏并殖吸虫二倍体型与辽宁宽甸卫氏并殖吸虫三倍体型不同宿主体内卫氏并殖吸虫虫卵的形态进行观察及测量,并对结果进行比较。方法吸取固定液中虫卵,置于载玻片上,在高倍镜下进行逐个观察测量。结果桦甸病人痰中虫卵长60.9μm,宽42.8μm,长宽比值为1.40;卵小盖直径19.9μm,卵小盖与卵宽百分比为50.9%;卵小盖高3.0μm,无卵小盖端卵壳厚度为2.67μm。桦甸犬体内虫卵长81.7μm,宽47.5μm,长宽比值为1.72;卵小盖直径为21.8μm,高3.7μm,卵小盖宽与卵宽百分比为46.0%;无卵小盖端卵壳厚度为2.72μm。辽宁宽甸病人痰中虫卵长80.4μm,宽45.1μm,长宽比值为1.78;卵小盖直径21.0μm,卵小盖与卵宽百分比为46.5%,卵小盖高3.5μm,无卵小盖端卵壳厚度4.70μm。辽宁宽甸犬体内虫卵长92.0μm,宽50.1μm,长宽比值为1.84;卵小盖值径为24.3μm,卵小盖与卵宽百分比为49.9%;卵小盖高4.2μm,无卵小盖端卵壳厚度为5.63μm.。结论吉林桦甸与辽宁宽甸两种类型不同宿主与同一类型不同宿主体内的虫卵形态特征及大小存在很大差异。Objective The shape of diploid paragonimus eggs in Huadian, Jilin Province and triploid paragonimus eggs in Kuandian, Liaoning Province in different hosts' body were observed and measured, and the results were compared. Methods The eggs from stationary liquid were observed using microscope. Results Eggs in Huadian patients' sputum were 60.9 μm long, 42.8 μm wide, the ratio of the length and width was 1.40. The diameter of small egg cover was 19.9 μm; the width of the egg's cover was 50.9% that of the egg; the egg cover was 3.0 μm high; the thickness of the eggshell at the coverless end was 2.67 μm. Eggs in dogs in Huadian was 81. 7 μm long, 47. 5 μm wide, the ratio of the length and width was 1.72. The diameter of small eggs was 21.8 μm; the width of the egg's cover was 46% that of the egg; the egg cover was 3.5 μm high; the thickness of the egg-shell at the coverless end was 2.72 μm. Eggs in Kuadian patients'sputum was 80.4 μm long, 45.1 μm wide, the ratio of the length and width was 1.78. The diameter of small eggs is 21.0 μm; the width of the egg's cover was 46.5% that of the egg; the egg cover was 3.5 μm high; the thickness of the egg-shell at the coverless end was 4.70 μm. Eggs in dogs in Kuadian is 92.0 μm long, 50.1 μm wide, the ratio of the length and width was 1.84. The diameter of small eggs was 24.3 μm; the width of the egg's cover is 49.9% that of the egg; the egg cover was 4.2 μm high; the thickness of the egg-shell at the coverless end was 5.63 μm. Conclusion There are great difference in the shape and feature of different eggs in different hosts and the same eggs in different hosts.
