摘　　要：含硫酯键蛋白(thioester-containing proteins,TEPs)在蚊天然免疫反应中起着重要的作用,其中TEP1被认为是一个重要的免疫诱导蛋白,参与了蚊天然免疫反应中的免疫识别、诱导黑化和吞噬溶解以及直接杀伤过程。本文综述了蚊TEP1在天然免疫中的作用及最新研究进展。Among the genes and proteins related to the innate immunity of mosquito, thioester-containing proteins （TEPs） were found to play important roles in the immune response. TEP1 was considered an important immune-induced protein involved in the immune recognition, melanotie encapsulation, phagocytosis and direct destruction process. This paper was mainly focused on the role of TEP1 in mosquito innate immunity and the latest research progress.
