摘　　要：973型蒸箱解决了汽封式干洗汽蒸箱和传统液封式蒸箱染色汽蒸时产品质量不稳定，且无法对冷凝染液进行回收，从而产生浪费和污染等问题。其将汽蒸染色过程中的大量冷凝染液，通过柔性除液器而非传统刚性轧压的方法加以回收利用，可节省20％-35％的活性染料固色液，或还原染料、硫化染料的还原液，并可节约3％-10％的染料，节能减排效果十分显著；同时还解决了传统轧压方法所产生的色点、色渍、条花和染色不匀等问题。In pad dyeing with air-lock dry steamer and conventional liquid-lock steamer for dye fixation, there are always concerned about some shortcomings, such as inconsistent dyeing quality, dye waste and environmental pollution resulted from no recovery of condensed dye liquid, therefore, 973 type of steamer was launched. With this new steamer, a large number of condensed dyeing liquor could be recovered during steaming fixation via flexible liquor removal, therefore, fixation liquor in reactive dyeing or reduction liquor in vat and sulfur dyeing could be reduced by 20% - 30%, and dye consumption could be reduced by 3% - 10%, dyeing defects such as tint marks, color patch, stripes and unevenness could be prevented, dyeing quality is good in steaming fixation either in dry state or in wet state.
