摘　　要：以西部原油成品油管道为例,论述了长输管道瞬变流产生的原因及其对管道安全运行的危害,并对管道瞬变流的强度进行了定量的分析。给出了以压力调节和压力保护方法有效控制管道瞬变流的方法,认为调度员通过远程控制可以进行人为干预来控制瞬变流。Taking Western Oil Pipeline as an example,the paper describes the reason of transient flow occurredin long-distanee oil pipeline and hazards to pipeline safety operation,and quantitative analysis on thestrength of transient flow is made.Pressure regulating and/or protection method to effectively control thetransient flow is provided by authors and pipeline operators conduct human intervention to remotely controlthe transient flow in pipeline it put forward.
