摘　　要：通过研究设备现状，分析物料特性，总结出了螺旋卸车机“一平、二卸、三清”的卸车高效生产操作方法，提高了卸车效率又保护了卸车设备和汽车底板，取得了良好的经济效益。The high-efficiency unloading method of level off first, unload second and clear up third＇ for the screw unloader was summarized, based on a study of the status quo of the equipment and an analysis of characteristics of materials, increasing unloading efficiency ; protecting unloading equipment and auto- motive base plates, and achieving good economic benefits.
