摘　　要：莱钢烧结厂新二区265m^2烧结机配加1％蛇纹石工业试验表明：配加1％蛇纹石后．烧结矿中磁铁矿、铁酸镁和铁酸钙增加，形成中孔厚壁结构，烧结矿低温还原粉化指数得到显著改善；烧结机利用系数提高0．06t／（m^2·h），烧结矿转鼓指数提高0．1个百分点．烧结矿RDI＋3.15提高7．56个百分点。Industrial experiments on the addition of 1% serpentine to the 265 m^2 sinter machine in the Sintering Plant indicate that after the adding of 1% serpentine, magnetite, magnesium ferrite and monocalcium ferrite in sinter ore increase, forming hollow and thick-walled structures, with low temperature reduction degradation indexes of sinter ore improved markedly, the utilization coefficient for the sinter machine enhanced by 0. 06 t/ （ m^2· h ） , tumbler indexes for sinter ore by 0. 1 percentage point and RDI ＋3. 15 by 7.56 percentage points.
