摘 要:目的研究单肺机械通气对肺组织形态学改变的影响。方法建立兔的单肺与双肺机械通气模型两组,每组6只动物。动物通气过程中行动脉血气分析;结束机械通气后,取肺组织制作病理切片,并对组织中多形核嗜中性粒细胞(PMN)计数;称量肺组织的湿重/干重比。结果非通气肺的交换功能在结束单肺通气后已受损;单肺组两肺PMN浸润程度都较双肺组相应肺要严重;单肺组肺组织的肺水含量高于双肺组相应肺。结论单肺通气较双肺通气更易造成急性肺损伤。Objective To investigate on the influence of one lung ventilation(OLV) on rabbit lung histomorphology. Methods Rabbits were randomized into OLV ( n = 6) and control ( n = 6) group ( two-lung ventrilafion). Blood-gas analyses were performed during the mechanical ventilation. All animals were exsanguinated after three hours mechanical ventilation and lungs were excised. The numbers of polymorph nuclear leukocyte (PMN) were counted in lung sections of every rabbits. The ratio of wet lung to dry lung tissue of all animals was calculated. Results Gas exchange function of the nonventilated lung was impaired after OLV. There were more infiltrations of PMN in the OLV group than in control. The wet/dry lung weight ratio increased significantly in OLV than that in the control. Conclusions OLV can induce acute lung injury more seriously than two-lung ventrilation.
