摘  要:为了改善低温烧结Z型六角铁氧体Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe24O41材料的电磁性能,向体系中引入了SiO2,研究了掺杂SiO2对此材料在低温烧结时的显微结构和高频电磁性能的影响。发现SiO2的加入减小了晶粒的尺寸,使得其起始磁导率降低,但与此同时,SiO2的引入能够降低该体系在高频时的介电常数并提高其品质因数。In order to improve the high-frequency electromagnetic performance of low-temperature sintered Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe24O41 Z-type hexagonal ferrite, SiO2 has been selected as additive to be introduced into this system. The influence of SiO2 additive on the microstructures as well as high-frequency properties of the ceramics sintered at low-temperature was investigated. It was found that the ceramic grain growth was suppressed by SiO2, which results in a decrease in initial permeability. However, the addition of SiO2 could decrease the dielectric constant and increase the quality factor at higher frequency.
