摘　　要：陶瓷洁具生产过程中,釉泡和针孔是出现频率很高的一种缺陷,如何减少釉面缺陷成为生产环节控制的重点。本文以佛山某卫浴陶瓷厂一款高档坐便器为例,根据产品缺陷出现的部位和缺陷状态,分析了该釉面缺陷产生的主要原因并提出了解决办法。Glaze bubble and pinhole are the main defect in the production process of Ceramic sanitaryware products. How to reduce glaze defects has become the focus of production control This paper takes example of a high-grade toilet of a ceramics factory in Foshan, described the location and status of the defect appears, by analyzing a variety of process found the reasons of defect and put forward a reasonable solution.
