摘  要:目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定头花蓼中8种有机氯农药残留量的方法。方法样品经有机溶剂超声提取,硫酸净化;采用OV-1701(30m×0.32mm×0.32μm)毛细管柱,恒定温度,电子捕获检测器,外标法计算含量。结果样品的平均回收率为81.1%~105.8%,RSD为1.75%~5.12%;所测定样品中有机氯农药残留量均低于相关标准。结论该方法快速、简便、准确,可快速测定头花蓼中有机氯农药残留量。Objective To determine 8 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in Polygonum capitatum by capillary gas chromatogra- phy with electronic capture detector (CGC -ECD) . Methods Samples were extracted with organic solvent using supersonic fluid extraction. The extracts were cleared up by concentrated H2SO4 ,the column was OV -1701 (30 m ×0.32 mm ×0.32 μm) with constant temperature . The pesticide residues were calculated by external standard method. Results The average recoveries and RSD ranged from 81.1% - 105.8% and 1.75% -5.12% respectively. The OCPs of the Polygonum capitatum were lower than the corresponding standards. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used to determine organochlorine pesticides in Polygonum capitatum rapidly.
