六月雪水提取物对实验性胃黏膜损伤的修复作用

摘　　要：目的研究六月雪水提取物对实验性胃黏膜损伤的修复作用。方法采用无水乙醇胃饲诱发急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型并于伤后给药2 d处死大鼠,测定给药后胃黏膜损伤面积,病理组织学观察其修复情况。结果六月雪水提取物对大鼠乙醇诱发的胃黏膜损伤有明显的修复作用。结论六月雪水提取物对实验性胃黏膜损伤有明显的修复作用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Serissa serissoides （ DC. ） Druce on experimental mucosal injury of gas- tric lesion in rats. Methods The model of gastric mucosal lesion in rats induced by ethanol absolutely was established. After fed with drug for two days, the rats were sacrificed. The areas of gastric mucosal lesion in rats were measured and the pathological changes of mucosa was observed. Results It was found that Serissa serissoides （ DC. ） Druce obviously inhibited lesion degrees of gastric mucosa of the model rats. Conclusion Serissa serissoides （ DC. ） Druce possesses protective effect on experimental gastric mucosal lesion in rats.
