摘 要:目的研究用微波提取黄芪的优化工艺。方法以黄芪的有效成分黄芪甲苷为指标,用均匀实验设计法对黄芪的微波提取工艺进行优化,并与传统工艺比较。结果黄芪最佳工艺为:黄芪先浸泡6 h后,然后提取3次,每次10倍量水、90 min,黄芪甲苷提取量略优于传统提取工艺的提取量。结论用微波提取黄芪药材中的有效成分-黄芪甲苷较传统提取工艺的提取率高,并能节省工时、降低能耗。Objective To study the optimal technics of the extraction of Radix Astragali with microwave. Methods Taking as- tramembranin I as the index, a method of uniform experimental design was applied to optimizing the technics of microwave extrac- tion and compared with the traditional technics. Results First soaking Radix astragali 6h, and extracting 3 times, 10 times water each ,90min ,the extracted amount was slightly higher than the traditional technics of extraction. Conclusion The extraction effi- ciency of microwave method, to extract the active component of Radix Astragali - astramembranin 1 is higher than the traditional ones ,and has less working time ,lower energy consumption.
