芭蕉根有效成分的初步研究

摘　　要：目的对芭蕉根有效成分进行初步研究。方法采用水提取法、醇提取法和石油醚提取法对芭蕉根的化学成分进行定性实验。结果水提物中检测出有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类、有机酸皂苷等物质,醇提取物中检测到了蒽醌、黄酮、香豆素、酚类强心苷、蛋白质、氨基酸等化学物质,石油醚提取物主要作为挥发油、甾体、油脂、内酯及香豆素等素脂性成分的检测。结论芭蕉根的有效成分可能为皂苷、多糖、鞣质类。Objective To study effective constituents of Musa basjoo Sieb. et Zucc. Methods To obtain chemical constituents from Musa basioo, in this paper the methods of water extraction, ethanol extraction and petroleum ether extraction were used. Re- suits Protein, amino acid, carbohydrate, organic acid and steroidal saponins were tested in the water extracts. Anthraquinones, flavonoids, coumarins,phenol, cardiac glycosides, protein, amino acid were tested in the ethanol extracts. Petroleum ether extracts were mainly used for the test of volatile oil, steroid, oil and fat, lactone and coumarin. Conclusion Effective constituents of Musa basjoo Sieb. et Zucc may be steroidal saponins, carbohydrate, tannin.
