摘  要:目的观察鸡血藤总黄酮(STF)对化学因素所致的血虚小鼠外周血象及血清白细胞介素-3(IL-3),促红细胞生成素(EPO)水平的影响。方法采用盐酸苯肼(APH)、环磷酰胺(CTX)复合造模,建立血虚小鼠模型,检测外周血象RBC,HGB,HCT及血清IL-3,EPO水平。结果与正常对照相比,模型小鼠的外周血象RBC,HGB,HCT,血清中的IL-3降低,而EPO升高(P<0.01),鸡血藤总黄酮各剂量组的外周血象RBC,HGB,HCT,IL-3水平高于模型对照组(P<0.05)、EPO水平显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论鸡血藤总黄酮具有抗贫血作用,其作用机理可能与促进机体分泌IL-3、调节EPO水平,促进红系造血有关。Objective To observe the effects of Suberect spatholobus total flavonoids (STF) on the peripheral blood hemogram and serum levels of IL - 3 and EPO in hemophthisis mice. Methods The methods of s. c. PHH and i.p. CTX were used to induce the model of hematopenia in mice. The peripheral blood hemogram and the serum leve|s of IL - 3 and EPO were measured. Results STF could obviously increase the numbers of HGB, RBC, HCT and the level of IL - 3 of hemophthisis mice and degrade the level of EPO. Conclusion All results suggested that STF can enrich blood STF and recover the haematogenesis function of he- mophthisis mice by increasing the level of IL - 3 and regulating the EPO level.
