摘　　要：目的研究山刺玫根的化学成分。方法对山刺玫根95%乙醇提取物的石油醚和氯仿部分进行色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定两个化合物单体,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为首次从山刺玫根中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the root of Rosa davurica Pall.. Methods The constituents of the CHCl3 -soluble and petroleum ether - soluble portions in the 95% ethanol extract were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. Compounds were identified by their physical characteristics and spectral features. Results Two compounds were obtained and identified as β--Sitosterol（ Ⅰ ） and oleanolie acid（Ⅱ ）. Conclusion Compound I was obtained from the root of Rosa davuriea Pall.. for the first time. K
