摘 要:目的通过测定贵州产淫羊藿药材不同种类、不同药用部位中多糖的含量,为合理开发利用贵州淫羊藿资源提供理论依据。方法采用硫酸-苯酚法,对贵州产10种淫羊藿药材不同药用部位中的多糖含量进行测定。结果10种贵州产淫羊藿药材因种类、产地、药用部位不同,其多糖含量存在差异,根和叶中多糖含量差异较小,根和叶中的多糖含量均大于叶柄和茎的。结论为保证贵州淫羊藿资源的可持续利用,淫羊藿药材入药以地上部分(去粗梗)更为合理。Objective To provide a basis for development of Epimedium herbs resources in Guizhou, the contents of polysaccha- ride of Epimedium herb samples of different species, different medicinal parts were determined. Methods Different medicinal parts of 10 species in Guizhou were determined by phenol - sulfuric acid method. Results The content of polysaccharide was in- fluenced by different species, different origins and different medicinal parts, and the polysaccharide content of leaf was higher than that of stem and petiole was similar to the content of root. Conclusion It is right to collect the leaf and stem parts of the herbs which provide a reliable basis for conservation and reasonable development of Epimedium herbs resources in Guizhou.
