白珠树属植物化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：目的介绍杜鹃花科白珠树属药用植物化学成分和药理活性研究进展,并对其研究开发前景进行展望。方法参阅国内外相关文献资料进行分析、整理和综述。结果白珠树属植物化学成分主要包括黄酮、木脂素、有机酸、萜类和甾体类化合物等多种类型,具有抗菌、消炎、抗肿瘤、祛痰、化淤等药理活性。结论白珠树属植物作为传统的民间药,具有广阔的研究和开发前景。Objective This review is undertaken to introduce the study advances of chemical constituents and pharmacological ac- tivities for the genus Gaultheria Kalm ex L（ which belongs to the family Ericacese）. Methods The present paper summaries many references on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities related to the genus Gaulteria Kalm ex L. Results There are various chemical constituents in the genus Gaultheria Kalm ex L, mainly including flavonoids,lignans, organic acid, terpenoids and steroid. he pharmacological activities of the genus Gaultheria Kalm ex L have been widely demonstrated, such as anti - bac- teria, anti -inflammation, anti -tumor, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis. Conclusion As the traditional folk plants, it will be full of prospect to research and develop the genus Gaultheria Kalm ex L.
