摘  要:目的优选提高姜黄素溶解度的最佳方法和条件。方法以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30,聚乙二醇6000为载体制备姜黄素固体分散体;以β-环糊精,2-羟丙基-β-环糊精为材料制备姜黄素包合物。测定这些物质的溶解度和体外溶出度。结果以PVP为载体制备的姜黄素固体分散体在人工肠液中溶解度最大,随着PVP加入量的增加,姜黄素溶出速度加快。结论以PVP为载体制备姜黄素固体分散体对姜黄素增溶效果最佳。Objective To optimize the best increasing dissolution condition of curcumin. Methods The solid dispersion of curcu- min were prepared with PVP (K30) and PEG - 6000 ; include compound of curcumin were prepared with β- CD and HP - β-CD. Results The dissolution of solid dispersion of cureumin with PVP was the best and the rate of dissolution was fast than the others. Conclusion The solid dispersion of curcumin with PVP is potent in improving the dissolution of curcumin.
