祥云集烟业产加销经营模式初探

摘　　要：祁县祥云集烟店,曾是祁县最大的烟庄。它与大盛魁在烟业经营上全面合作,优势互补,合力开创了以漠北市场为导向、以"祥生烟"为拳头产品、以曲沃县席村为生产加工基地的产、加、销一体化烟业经营模式,对我国近代烟业的发展做出了重要贡献。Xiang yunji Cigarette Store in Qixian County, once the largest store in Qixian County, cooperated with Da shengkui（another cigarette store）, taking each other＇s advantage. They established the cigarette managing mode with the integrative producing, processing and marketing, in which the marketing was guided by Mobei Market, the highly competitive product was the cigarette of Xiangsheng Brand, the processing site was based at Xicun Village, Quwo County. This mode contributed much to China＇ s modem development of the cigarette industry.
