摘  要:目的评价三苯双脒对实验动物旋毛虫病的疗效。方法每只大鼠感染旋毛虫幼虫500条。感染后4天(成虫期)用三苯双脒300mg/kg一次给药;感染后14天(移行期)、35天(成囊期)服用三苯双脒150mg/kg·d,连续3天。同时设空白对照和阿苯达唑对照组,成虫期阿苯达唑100mg/kg,顿服,移行期和成囊期均为50mg/kg·d,连续3d。成虫期于感染后第9天检查小肠成虫数,移行期、成囊期分别于感染后第40天和50天检查肌肉中幼虫数。结果成虫期用三苯双脒300mg/kg顿服治疗,减虫率达100%,高于阿苯达唑100mg/kg组(76.5%)。移行期和成囊期阿苯达唑组减虫率分别为92.79%和95.16%,均明显高于三苯双脒组的49.08%和57.79%。结论三苯双脒对肠道旋毛虫成虫有较强的驱杀作用,但对移行期和成囊期幼虫的杀虫作用不如阿苯达唑。三苯双脒对旋毛虫的作用机制有待进一步探索。Objective To evaluate the effect of tribendimidine on treating Trichinella spiralis infection. Methods Each rat was inoculated with 500 excysted larva of T. spiralis. A single dose 300mg/kg of tribendimidine was given to infected rats on 4d postinfection for the adult stage. For the migrated and encysted stages tribendimi- dine 150mg/ kg. d for 3d were given on 14d and 35d postinfection, respectively. Albendazole and blank control groups were set, with single dose 100mg/kg of albendazole for the adult stage and 50mg/kg. d for 3d for migrated and encysted stages. Rats for the adult stage groups were sacrificed on 9d postinfection and adult worms were re- covered from small intestines. Animals in migrated and encysted stage groups were sacrificed on 40d and 50d postinfection and larva in the muscles were examined. Results In the adult stage group the worm reduction rate of tribendimidine was 100%, higher than that of albendaozle(76.5% ). However, in the migrated and encysted stages the worm reduction rate of tribendimidine were 49.08% and 57.79%, respectively, much lower than that of ablendazole(92.79% and 95.16%. Conclusion These observations indicate that tribendimidine had high effect on the entero-adult stage of T. spiralis infection. But in the migratory stage or encyted stage, the efficacy of tribendimidine was significantly lower than that of albendazole. The mechanism of tribendimidine effect on T. spiralis remains to be investigated.
