摘　　要：目的了解重庆三峡库区中学生肺结核防治知识需求情况,探索具有成本-效益优势的中学生肺结核病防治措施。方法采用半结构式定性访谈的方法,通过目的抽样,对重庆三峡库区乡镇中学学生64名进行了小组访谈,对学校健康教育相关知情人士共14名分别进行了个人深入访谈与关键人物访谈。结果中学生肺结核防治意识淡薄,知识缺乏,相关健康态度与行为有待规范。学校对于结核病相关的健康教育严重缺乏。结论重庆三峡库区中学生对肺结核防治知识有迫切需要。应加强针对中学生的结核病健康教育,以提高其结核病防治知识与意识,规范其健康态度与行为。Objective To know tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge requirement of middle school students in Three Gorges Reservoir areas in Chongqing, and to provide corresponding promotion measures that highly cost-effective in tuberculosis control. Methods Semi-struc- tured qualitative interview was adopted. With purposeful sampling, 64 township nfiddle school students in Three Gorges Reservoir area in Chongqing were enrolled. They were interviewed and relevant insiders of school heath education were depth-interviewed or key inibrmant interviewed. Results Middle school students were weak in tuberculosis prevention and treatment recognition and knowledge, and the relevant health attitude and behavior needed to be nonmalized. Health education on tuberculosis in school was almost a blank. Conclusion Knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment for middle school students in Three Gorges area in Chongqing is needed urgently. Health education on tuberculosis should he highly recommended for middle school students.
