云南省大学生性健康社区干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解云南省大学生性知识、态度、行为和禁毒艾滋病预防(以下简称防艾)知识现状,评价综合社区干预模式的干预效果。方法整群随机抽取云南省6所高校大学生1200名,采用社区、团体和个案的方法,进行为期1a的社区动员、禁毒防艾性教育公选课、小组讨论、辩论会、座谈会、禁毒防艾专家培训核心主持人(TOT)培训与外展的综合干预。结果干预后目标人群准确判断AIDS传播途径的正确率从29.5%上升至81.5%;毒品正确认知率从54.7%上升到88.7%;认同"以性道德规范行为"的人从68.5%上升到98.2%;性行为发生率由干预前的23.2%降为9.1%;"能正确使用安全套"从52.9%上升到92.1%;在善待HIV/AIDS的问题中,选择同情帮助由干预前的74.9%上升到干预后的99.2%。结论综合性社区干预使大学生禁毒防艾认识/安全性行为明显提高、婚前性行为及HIV/AIDS歧视显著减少,在学校中具有广泛的应用和推广价值。Objective To study sex KAP and knowledge of anti-drug and AIDS preventiom among univesity students in Yunnan Province, and to assess the effective of comprehensive community intervention Methods A total of 1 200 university students were exterted at random from 6 universities in Yunnan. By using ways of community, groups and casework, one-year comprehensive intervention was developed. The content was including community mobilization, public electives of anti-drug and AIDS prevention, group discussion, debate, colloquia and TOT on anti-drugs and AIDS prevention. Results After intervention, the university students＇ correctness about AIDS spread ways increased from 29.5% to 81.5%; the correctness about drug from 54.7% to 88.7%; 98.2% students think sexual moral can regulate sexual behavior, up 29.7%; the incidence rate of sex behavior decreased from 23.2% to 9.1%; 92.1% students can use condom correctly, up 39.2%; 99.2% students were willing to help AIDS patients, up 24.3%. Conclusion The comprehensive community intervention has improved apparently participants＇ knowledge about drug and AIDS and safe sexual behavior, decreased the premarital sexual behavior, and changed the attitude toward HIV/AIDS. The intervention has broad values to apply and promote in school.
