摘　　要：目的了解中国高学历青年生活方式,为加强青少年不良健康行为干预提供依据。方法采用自行设计的"中国青年生活方式问卷"对全国30个省市自治区6000名本科以上学历20～29岁青年进行调查,并借助GIS地理信息系统,以省市居民为群体比较其生活方式的差异。结果经济发达地区高学历青年静坐时间相对较长,女性较男性更加明显。沿海地区高学历青年体育锻炼频度好于内陆地区,锻炼时间以黑龙江最好,其他省份锻炼时间无明显地域差异。生活满意度东南沿海地区好于西北内陆地区。高学历女青年东部沿海地区和中原经济发达地区的压力状况小于西北地区,而男青年则有相反的趋势。高学历女青年比男青年生活更规律,吃早餐的人数更多;而男性的业余生活更丰富。两广和浙江是吃早餐人数最多的省份,女性以广东、男性以上海的休闲生活最为丰富。结论中国高学历青年健康生活方式不容乐观,应尽快采取有效措施予以干预。Objective To study lifestyles of youth with high education level in China, and to provide evidence for the intervention of health risk behavior. Methods By using a self-designed questionnaire, 6 000 residents in the age between 20-29 years old and with education level of bachelor in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions throughout China. The difference of lifestyles were compared using geographic information systems （GIS）. Results The youths in developed area sit longer than other areas, especially in female. The frequency of physical activity among youths in coastal area was more than inland area, and the activity time was the most reasonable in Heilongjiang, no region difference was found among other provinces. The life well-being in southeast coastal area was better than in northwest inland area of China. The stress of female youths with high education level in east coastal area and central plains area was stronger than northwest area, but it was quite the contrary in male. Female youths were living more regularly and more of them had breakfast everyday, but male youths had more in spare time. More youths had breakfast in Guangdong, Guangxi and Zhejiang. Female youths in Guangdong and male in Shanghai had more amusements in spare time. Conclusion Effective measures should be taken among youths with high education level in China for their unoptimistic life styles.
