摘  要:中国汽车具有价格优势,而"中国制造"的血统正日益赢得全球的尊重。有外商告诉奇瑞,"必须用中国奇瑞的品牌。要是换了,消费者不认!Recently,there are full of rumors that the Chinese automobile enterprises should wage M&A for foreign automobile enterprises. However,this is just a impulse.Chinese automobile enterprises should have a better understanding about themselves whether they have the strength to wage a M&A.First,low price is still the biggest advantage for Chinese automobile enterprises,especially in the day of financial crisis.Second,Chinese automobile enterprises have a enormous disadvantage in brand. Consequently,even if Chinese automobile enterprises can successfully carry out a M&A,it will be very hard to manage these enterprises,so foreign M&A is not a good choice.If Chinese automobile enterprises really want to create a international brand,the best choice is still the way of sustainable development by accumulating own strength international.
