健康人群白细胞VCS参数参考范围的建立

摘　　要：目的建立健康人群白细胞(WBC)体积、浆核比例、胞浆颗粒变化的参考范围及临床意义。方法利用Beck-man-CoulterLH-750全自动血液分析仪的体积法、高频传导、激光散射法(VCS)技术测定200例来我院体检的健康人员WBC总数和中性粒细胞体积(NEV)、浆核比例(NEC)、胞浆颗粒特性(NES)和淋巴细胞体积(LYV)、浆核比例(LYC)、胞浆颗粒特性(LYS)及单核细胞体积(MOV)、浆核比例(MOC)、胞浆颗粒特性(MOS)以及它们各自的平均标准差。结果得到WBC各项指标VCS的参考范围。结论健康人群参考范围的确立可能会给临床判断是否有细菌感染,提供更早更及时的参考指标。Objective To define the reference range of the white blood cell （WBC）volume,the ratio of plasm-nucleolus and the plasm＇s granules. Methods The total of WBC and neutrophirs volume （NEV）,plasm-nucleus＇s raito （NEC）,plasm granules＇s characters （NES）,the lymphocyte＇s volume （LYV）,ratio of plasm-nucleus （LYC）,the characteristic of plasm granule （LYS）,the monocyte＇s volume （MOV）,plasm-nucleus ratio（MOC）,the plasm granule＇s characteristic（MOS） and their average standards in 200 healthy people were measured using the technique of volume,conductivity and seatter（VCS）of the automatic blood cell analyzer（Beckman-Coulter LH-750）. Resuits The normal range of the white blood cell （WBC）volume,the ratio of plasm-nucleolus and the plasm＇s granules were determined. Coriclusion The establishment of the reference range could play a important role in the diagnose of bacterial infection.
