摘  要:目的在早期肠道营养液中加入谷氨酰胺(GLN),观察其对烧伤后肠道粘膜损伤的保护作用。方法利用贵州小型香猪30%Ⅲ度烧伤后早期肠道营养模型,将14只香猪随机分为GLN组(猪数=7)和不补充GLN(NON-GLN)组(猪数=7),GLN组GLN供给量为0.64g·kg-1·d-1,而NON-GLN组则供给等量的不含GLN的氨基酸。结果伤后10天,单纯早期肠道营养组动物空、回肠粘膜的DNA、RNA和蛋白质含量,以及粘膜厚度、绒毛高度和隐窝深度均明显降低,而补充谷氨酰胺的动物空肠、回肠粘膜的DNA、RNA和蛋白质含量,以及粘膜厚度、绒毛高度和隐窝深度明显增加。结论提示肠道补充谷氨酸胺能有效地维护严重烧伤后肠道粘膜的结构,对促进肠道的吸收和屏障功能具有积极的意义。Aim To investigate the effect of Lglutamine (GLN) on the protection against intestinal mucosa injury in severe burns. Methods 14 miniswines with 30% TBSA full thickness burns were randomly divided into NONGLN group (n=7) and GLN group (n=7). 0.64g·kg-1·d- GLN was supplied to GLN group and NONGLN group received equal amount of nonglutamine amino acids. Results The mucosa contents of protein, DNA and RNA, thickness of mucosa, depth of crypt and height of villus decreased markedly in NONGLN group, but increased obviously in GLN group at 10 days after burn. Conclusion It suggests that oral feeding of GLN maintains the intestinal mucosa integrity efficiently in severe burned miniswines.
