伤科接骨片对骨质疏松性骨折疗效和机制的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中成药“伤科接骨片”对骨质疏松性骨折的疗效及机制。方法１２４例骨质疏松性骨折患者及３０只ＳＤ系模型大鼠均随机分为两组。实验组服用伤科接骨片，分别观察患者肿痛、碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ）活性、骨密度，以及大鼠骨组织学、形态计量学和骨折愈合质量参数变化。结果伤科接骨片能加快骨质疏松性骨折患者肿痛缓解，增强ＡＬＰ活性，使骨密度增加１．２８％；大鼠成骨细胞增多，骨小梁体积增加，骨折愈合点增加７３．６％，愈合面积增加６６．０％。Aim To investigate the effect and mechanism of “Shangke Jiegupian (pills for setting fractured bones)” on the healing of osteoporotic fracture.Methods 124 patients and 30 Spregue Dawley (SD) rats with osteoporotic fracture were divided randomly into 2 groups respectively and the experimental groups took “Shangke Jiegupian”. The patients were surveyed for the releasing of swelling pain, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity, and the bone mineral density (BMD). The rats were examined for the changes of bone histology, indices of histomorphometer and fracture healing quality. Results With “Shangke Jiegupian”, swelling and pain were released, ALP activity was enhanced, 1.28% of bone mineral density increased in patients; the number of osteoblast and bone trabecular volumn increased, the mean fracture healing points and mean fracture healing surface increased by 73.6% and by 66.0% respectively in rats. Conclusion “Shangke Jiegupian” can accelerate the healing of osteoporotic fracture.
