摘 要:结合我国铁路客运专线和高速铁路箱梁桥建设实际,阐述移动模架法制梁施工技术,比较不同移动模架施工方法的优缺点,分析移动模架预压及箱梁预拱度设置、混凝土浇筑质量、预应力张拉施工、模架对箱梁支承反力的调整方法及步骤、移动模架走行安全过孔等移动模架制梁的关键技术和质量控制措施。移动模架具有占用场地小、机械化程度及作业效率高、不影响桥面上净空高度和作业面、适用范围广、工程造价低等优点。采用移动模架法,32 m简支箱梁最快施工周期为每孔10 d。还需进一步研究的问题有移动模架制梁时低温环境下混凝土的养护、箱梁混凝土外观质量的改善和移动模架适用性的改进等。Combining with the actual construction conditions of box beam bridges in Chinese passenger dedicated lines and high-speed railway, this paper expounds the construction technology for beam manufacture with the mobile mould method, makes comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different construction methods with the mobile mould, analyzes the key technology and quality control measures for beam manufacture with the mobile mould, such as the pre-compression of the mobile mould and establish- ment of the box beam pre-camber, control measures for the concrete grouting quality, pre-stressing construction, adjusting method and steps of the supporting reaction on box beams from the mould as well as the mobile mould moving safely through aperture and etc. The mobile mould has some advantages, such as having no need to occupy large area of place, high mechanization and operative efficiency, having no influence on the free height over the bridge deck and the operation deck, the automatically moving of the supporting leg, the mould automatically passing through the aperture, wide scope for adaptation, low cost for engineering and etc. With the mobile mould method, the fastest construction period of the 32 m simply supported box beams is 10 d per beam. This paper also sets forward the issues that need to be resolved, i. e. the maintenance and protection of the concrete for beam manufacture with the mobile mould in low temperatures and the exterior quality improvement of the concrete for box beams as well as the adaptation improvement of the mobile mould, etc.
