摘 要:可挥发性有机化合物是指在常温下饱和蒸汽压约大于70 Pa,常压下沸点低于260℃的有机化合物,简称VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds);简述了VOCs的来源和危害;介绍了溶剂吸收法、吸附法、热破坏法、生物膜法等常见的VOCs废气传统治理技术,及近几年来发展起来的新治理技术,如电晕法、光氧化分解法、等离子体分解法和膜分离法;并提出了今后VOCs废气治理技术研究将朝着运行稳定、能耗低、操作简单、制造成本低、管理维护简易等方向发展。When saturated vapor pressure is higher than 70Pa at room temperature and the boiling point is below 260℃ at atmospheric pressure, organic compounds will be known as Volatile Organic Compounds which we call VOCs for short. This paper stated the source and endangerment of VOCs; the traditional treatment technology such as using adsorption, thermal damage and biological mem- brane in VOCs was expounded ; in recent years, the development of new technology such as corona method, photo - oxidation decomposition method, the decomposition of plasma membrane separation was introduced; moreover, this paper proposed the developing directions of future research in treatment technology of waste VOCs which will be running towards stability, low power consumption, easy to manufacture in low -cost and with easy maintenance.
