摘  要:本文统计了100起CNG加气站典型事故案例,从事故发生的位置、事故类型和事故损失等方面,分析了CNG加气站事故的特点。总结了CNG加气站存在的主要安全问题:CNG气质问题、高压储气容器安全问题、CNG汽车气瓶问题、压缩机问题和售气系统安全问题。并提出了保证加气站安全运行的对策措施:提高加气机安全、提高储气系统质量、解决CNG汽车气瓶问题、提高压缩机质量、提高CNG加气站气质、加强加气站的安全管理。售气系统、高压储气系统、天然气压缩系统是较为危险的系统,应对其进行重点管理。Based on the 100 typical accidents of CNG filling stations, this paper aimed to analyze the main safety problems in terms of the place where the accidents happened, the style of the accidents and the loss of the accidents. The main safety problems of the CNG filling station were the quality of the CNG, the high pressure storage tank safety, the gas tank, the compressor, and the gas selling system safety problems. The corresponding countermeasures to guarantee the safety of the CNG filling station were also suggested, such as improving the safety of the gas dispenser, the gas storage system, the gas tank of the CNG car, the compressor, the quality of the CNG and the management. Gas selling system, high-press gas storage system, and natural gas compression system were the comparatively dangerous systems which should be paid more attention.
