摘  要:当机组因事故甩负荷时,机组调速系统同时发生某种故障,不能关闭导水机构,机组将发生过速甚至达到飞逸转速,可能使机组转动部分产生不同程度的损坏,甚至造成严重后果。为了防止机组损坏,在电站设计方面则需要采取防止飞逸或限制飞逸转速值的措施。对于灯泡贯流式机组因其引水方式、流道布置等要求,其防飞逸装置的特点和相应措施也与常规混流式机组不一致。炳灵水电站采用了由重锤卸荷阀、纯机械液压保护装置控制的重锤力矩和机组自关闭动水力矩相结合的方法作为机组防飞逸措施。When the unit rejects load due to accident and meanwhile the governing system has something wrong and can not shut off the distributor, the unit will run at over - speed or even reach runaway speed, which will result in certain damages of rotating parts or more serious consequence. Measures shall be taken in unit design to prevent runaway or limit runaway values in order to protect units against damages. As for the requirements of diversion type and flow passage layout of bulb tubular units, the characteristics of anti - runaway device and corresponding megsures are different from those of conventional Francis units. As measures against unit runaway, a combination of gravity offload valve, gravity hammer moment controlled by mechanical hydraulic protection device and automatic shut - off of hydrodynamic moment of unit was applied for Binling hydropower station.
