摘　　要：本文介绍一种井中水温监测仪,其采用PN结温度传感器作为感温元件,用集成电路ICL7126等作A/D转换器。它具有灵敏度高、精度高、响应快、抗干扰能力强等特点,具有很好的推广价值。This paper presents a well water temperature monitor,and its use of PN junction temperature sensor as temperature components,integrated circuits used for ICL 7126 and other A/D converter.It has high sensitivity and high precision,fast response,anti-interference ability and so on are very good promotional value.
