摘　　要：促进农业保险经营机构的健康发展是建立我国农业保险体系的重要组成部分。基于此,本文研究了我国农业保险经营机构的发展状况,分析其存在的共性问题及其形成原因,并探讨了如何构建促进农业保险经营机构发展的机制,即完善政府的支持机制,加强农业保险经营机构自身的内部治理机制,建立农业保险经营机构与有关各方的社会协同机制,以形成促进农业保险经营机构发展的"合力",推动我国农业保险事业的健康发展。Promoting agricultural insurance organizations＇ healthy development is an important part of establishing the agricultural insurance system in China. Based on this, the article has studied the development condition of agricultural insurance organizations, analyzed their common questions and reasons, and explored on how to construct a mechanism which could promote agricultural insurance organizations＇ development. Suggestions made by the article were to improve government＇s supportive mechanism, enhance the internal governance mechanism of agricultural insurance organizations, and establish the social coordination mechanism between agricultural insurance undertakings and other participants. These measures will help to form the ＂synergy＂ that can promote agricultural insurance organizations＇ development and agricultural insurance＇s healthy development in China.
