摘　　要：目的通过对面中部浅表肌肉腱膜系统(SMAS)的解剖学特点进一步研究,为临床面部各种与SMAS相关的手术提供形态学依据。方法对20侧防腐成人头部标本进行大体解剖观察,对2侧新鲜标本进行组织学切片观察。结果面部SMAS在面部是一层独立的层次,与面部深层的筋膜之间以SMAS下脂肪组织相隔,而面神经位于面部深层的筋膜的深面。结论SMAS下脂肪组织是SMAS潜在、安全的手术平面,临床医生可以借鉴。Objective To provide anatomical basis for related operation in the face through studying the features of superfieal musculoaponeurotic system. Method 20 sides of adult antiseptic cadaver head sample that have not been damaged （women are in the majority ） were observed through gross anatomy and histology slices of 2 sides of fresh head sample of adult＇s woman were observed under microscope. Result The SMAS is a distinct tissue layer,the soft-tissue between SMAS and deep fascia of the face is potential, but facial nerve are located in the deep of fascia. Conclusion the soft-tissue is the safe plane for SMAS of dissection.
