摘 要:将小鼠暴露于0.1,0.25和1.0mg/m3的臭氧环境中。每天8小时,连续3天。电镜下观察小鼠支气管纤毛超微结构变化,并测定了肺组织LPO含量和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果表明:0.1mg/m3组未见明显纤毛损伤;0.25mg/m3可见线粒体,内质网高度肿胀,纤毛坏死脱落,1.0mg/m3亦见纤毛坏死脱落,纤毛稀少。巨噬细胞吞噬功能在0.25和1mg/m3组均比对照组低(P<0.01),而肺组织LPO含量却无明显变化。Effects of low concentration of O 3 on the respiratory system in mice were studied in the present study. Mice were exposed to 0.1, 0.25 and 1.0mg/m 3 of O 3, respectively for 8h per day for 3 days. Cilia in brochia, Lipid peroxide (LPO) in lung tissue and phagocytic function of macrophage in mice were examined. The results showed that there were cilia damage in the 1.0mg/m 3 group and swelling of mitochondrias as well as endoplasmic reticulums in the 0.25mg/m 3 group. But no damage was found in the group of 0.1mg/m 3. Furthermore, phagocytic rates in the 0.25 and 1.0mg/m 3 groups were significantly lower than that of control group ( P <0.01). No differences in LPO leads were found.
