摘 要:采用PCR法对717例患者进行淋球菌(NG)、沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(UU)三项检测,结果:总阳性率为67.6%;在485例阳性标本中NG54.2%、CT57.3%、UU60.2%;总混合感染率为54.2%,其中NG+CT11.8%、NG+UU13.0%、CT+UU12.0%、NG+CT+UU17.5%。结论:PCR法对患者标本进行NG、CT、UU三项检测,不仅简单、快速、准确;而且对多病原感染的确诊和针对性用药提供了可靠的实验室依据。To appraise polymerase Chain reaction(PCR) technique to diagnose Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG),chlamydia trachomdis (CT),Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU) of 717 patients. Result: 485 samples showed positive reaction and constitute total positive rate 67.6%. Among them,the positive rate which belonged to NG or CT or UU is 54. 2%, 57.3% and 60%respectively,the mixed positive rate which belonged to NG and CT,NG and UU,CT and UU,NG,CT and UU is 11. 8%, 13%, 12% and 17.5% respectively. Conclusions: Not only PCR technology is a simple,rapid and accurate methods, but also it can provide a reliable laboratory basis for diagnosis and treatment of venereal disease which were caused by mixed pathogn.
