阿维辛复配乳油的高效液相色谱分析

摘  要:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Lichrospher-C18色谱柱,以甲醇+水(85+15)为流动相,在同一色谱条件下对阿维菌素B1a和辛硫磷复配乳油有效成份进行了同时分析测定。阿维菌素B1a和辛硫磷的保留时间分别为28.5min和8.1min;变异系数(n=6)分别为0.74%和1.52%;平均回收率分别为100.2%和100.3%;线性相关系数分别为0.9985和0.9989。High efficiency chromatography was adopted for the separation and determination of avermectin B1 and phoxim in mixed emulsion on the Lichrospher-C18 column with methanol + water (85 + 15)as mobile phase and UV detector. Under the selected conditions, the retention times of avermectin B1 and phoxim were 28.5min and 8.1 min respectively. RSD's(n =6) for avermectin B1 and phoxim were found to be 0.74% and 1.52%. And the average recoveries were 100.2% and 100.3%.The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9985 and 0. 9989 respectively.
