摘　　要：随着EDA(电子设计自动化)技术的发展和可编程逻辑器件性能的不断提高,基于FPGA的可编程片上系统技术为系统设计提供了一种简单、灵活、高效的途径。基于NiosII的可编程片上系统(SoPC)设计中,几乎所有的应用设计都需要使用Flash存储器,而Flash的编程必需相应的目标板Flash编程设计支持。结合实际应用详细论述了目标板Flash编程设计的创建及应用。With the development of EDA technologies and the improvement of programmable logic devices performance, FPGA-based programmable system on a chip technology as the system design provides a simple,flexible and efficient way. In the design of SoPC system based on Nios Ⅱ,almost all the applications are designed to use Flash memory.Flash programming need to be supported by the corresponding of the target board.This paper discusses in detail the creation and application of the practical application of Flash programming target board.
