摘　　要：在对国外有关风险投资家的投资决策过程研究的文献进行分析、总结的基础上,结合我国的实际情况以及我国风险投资的发展现状,提出了一套适合我国风险投资实践的一般投资准则和风险投资家投资决策过程模型。Based on the analysis and summarization of overseas literature about the process of investment decision of venture capital, and on the practice of venture capital of our country, this paper puts forward a set of general investment rules of venture capital in our country and a model of investment decision process of venture capital.
