摘 要:依据环面蜗杆的曲率修型原理,阐述了平面包络环面蜗杆修型的机理,提出了改善其性能的方法,就是使蜗杆的修型规律与齿面曲率半径的变化规律一致。中小传动比典型平面包络环面蜗杆性能不够好的关键是修型规律与曲率半径变化曲线不完全相符,修型曲线的极小值点靠近蜗杆中部。要使修型曲线的极小值点移向出口,需增加一个附加修型曲线,新修型曲线的变化率必须为负值,变化率绝对值的大小与原修型曲线上选定的新极小值点一致。合理的附加修型曲线与典型修型曲线叠加后,即可得到符合曲率修型的结果,蜗杆副的性能达到最好。加工时,在普通环面蜗杆加工机床上采用中心距变位,即可实现。Based on the curvature modification principle for toroidal worm,this paper expounds the modification essence of plane enveloping toroidal worm,proposes the method to improve the performance of the worm,that is to make both the varying rules of modifying worm profiles and curvature radius curve identical.The faultiness crux of the typical plane enveloping toroidal worm with medium or small transmission rate is that modifying rules are not very identical with the variety curve of curvature radius,and the position of mini-extremum at modifying curve is much close to the mid of worm.If the position wants to be moved towards the end of worm,it is necessary to add a appended modifying curve with negative variety rate,and it's absolute value is same as at new position of mini-extremum selected at typical modifying curve.After superimposing reasonable appended modifying curve upon typical one,the result conformed to curvature modification principle can be obtained,the worm performance will come up to the best,that can be achieved in manufacturing,just using changed center distance at normal machines for toroidal worm.
