摘　　要：目的探讨临床常用消毒剂中毒的原因、机理及救治。方法对醛类、碘类、醇类的临床常用剂型的中毒原因机理及救治方法进行了总结分析。结果此四种消毒剂在临床使用较多,引起相应消毒剂中毒的机率也较大,阐明该类消毒剂中毒的机理,并及时有效地对该类消毒剂中毒患者进行诊断和救治。结论常用消毒剂的四种剂型临床使用时需注意做好安全防护。Objective In order to know how and why the clinical disinfectants caused poison and summary emedying ways . Methods Four kinds of disinfectants from ALD, iodin and spirits were analysised. Results The four kinds of disinfectants are often used in hospitals which are ease to cause poison. The poison reasons, mechanisms and remedying ways were analysised and summaried. Conclusion The users of the four kinds of disinfectants should be better protected.
