摘　　要：目的为控制布病发生与流行,制定布病防治措施提供科学依据。方法对与家畜、畜产品密切接触的人群,采用现场登记、询问的方式,对疑似者进行布氏菌血清学检查,布病患者按照《传染病防治法》规定的上报时限网络直报。结果我市布病疫情的主要传染源为羊,人通过接触患病家畜感染。结论白城市人间布病疫情呈上升趋势,发病人数逐年增多,局部疫情暴发。Objective Provide scientific evidence for control Brucellosis epidemic and make Brucellosis prevention measure. Methods Local document and inquire population who contact livestock or livestock product. Results The most important source of Brucellosis epidemic is sheep, human is infected through contact livestock. Conclusion There is increasing trend of Brucellosis epidemic in baicheng, the number of case is increasingly these years, break out in some area.
