摘 要:不同光照条件下,研究pH变化对伊乐藻光合机能的影响。实验在水生植物培养室中进行,水培箱水深0.5 m,植物在不同光照条件和pH条件下培养40 d,实验发现pH对植物的影响常常和光照的强弱有一定关联,在pH高于9.0条件下,伊乐藻的叶绿素含量、PSII活力、Rub isco活力和生物量下降,但在弱光条件下(60 lx)时,高pH对植物的影响程度加强。长期的高pH水平和低光照协同作用是湖泊富营养化过程中沉水植物种群退化的重要机制之一。The effect of pH on photosynthetic function of the submersed macrophyte Elodea muttallii was investigated under different light conditions. The experiment was carried out in submersed macrophyte culture room with the continued different light condition and pH for 40 days in shallow water-body (h = 0.5 m). The main effect on submersed macrophytes by pH was always related with light condition. When the submersed macrophyte lived in water with a value pH higher than 9.0, its chlorophyll contents, PSII activity, Rubisco activity and biomass would decline, however the influence would strengthen in lower light condition no more than 60 lx. There- fore, there may be a possible mechanism of higher pH in cooperated with shading effects, which induces the degeneration of submersed vegetation in large shallow lakes.
